Summary

The Administrative Assistant reports to our Administrative Manager and provides support for managers and technical staff. Hours for this position are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform occasional receptionist duties including telephone screening and distribution, responding to and directing visitors, opening and distributing mail, electronic and manual filing. 
  • Create and maintain new client / project databases and field folders. 
  • Scan, upload and save all plans, specifications and drawings by client / project into E-Reporting System. 
  • Input data to E-Reporting System, including but not limited to mix designs and proctors, concrete specifications and other technical information as needed. 
  • Create and maintain new project checklists, technical project folders and reference guides with appropriate documentation. 
  • Assist with dispatching / scheduling of field services as needed. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess a High School Diploma; Associate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing administrative responsibilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook. 
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. 

Compensation: $20 per hour
