Narrative:
Beechwood at Eddy Memorial is seeking a candidate for a part time position which provides services to Independent Living residents in Troy, New York. This position works on both operational and marketing administrative needs. This team works together on resident and prospect requests, community activities and events allowing each team member to bring their individual talents to the table. This position requires flexibility and readjustment of priorities as the resident and marketing needs change. We are seeking an individual that can provide exceptional organizational and customer service skills in a professional and courteous manner to both internal and external customers. This individual must be self-directing, possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher), and other computer-based programs as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is desired
- 2+ years of experience in Administrative and/or Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
- Customer service/marketing experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to always deliver superior customer service.
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
- Ability to fully utilize and maintain a process for documentation and tracking of prospects within a customer relationship management computer system (CRM).
- Ability to express complex information in a clear and concise format.
- Ability to present information to various levels of understanding.
- Good writing skills
- Understanding of basic marketing principles
- Must display a willingness to make collaborative decisions and exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
- Strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Must be very well organized.
- Must have ability to work independently as well as work effectively with affiliated teammates.
All new employees are required to undergo and pass all applicable state and federally mandated pre-employment screening requirements.
Pay Range - $17.85- $23.80
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”
