Job Description
Your daily pitch:
Are you the midfield maestro of organization, the playmaker behind the scenes who keeps the whole team moving forward? If you're confident under pressure, love managing multiple plays at once, and thrive in a fast-paced stadium (office) environment, then we want you on our team! Join our Customer Operations team and become the vital link between the touchline and the action.
Your playing field:
- Deliver top-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Customer Operations team, ensuring they stay focused and on track with their priorities and daily responsibilities.
- Take charge of scheduling, organizing, and coordinating meetings - handling all logistics like room bookings and video conferencing setup to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Organize both internal and external events from start to finish, taking care of every detail to ensure a seamless experience.
- Attend meetings, capture clear and concise meeting minutes, and share them with the right stakeholders promptly.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint regularly to prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Make sound decisions quickly and take initiative to resolve issues before they escalate.
- Represent the team confidently when dealing with senior leaders, clients, and colleagues across the business.
Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Expertise. Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a high-energy, customer-facing team.
- Technical Skills. Top-tier skills in Microsoft Office—PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are part of your regular training drills.
- Attitude.
- A confident, outgoing presence - you’re comfortable engaging with execs, clients, and teammates alike.
- Calm under pressure - when the clock’s ticking, you keep a cool head and deliver.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Events Coordination. Experience running events is a big win.
- Customer Focus. You have a strong customer-centric mindset, utilizing data to gain deep insights and focus on our users motivations and desires.
- Communication. Strong communication skills are crucial for this role. If you can draft emails, take clear minutes, and talk to anyone at all levels, then this role is for you.
- Language. Spoken and written English needs to be top-notch. As the #1 sports betting company, German language will be considered as a plus.
