Position Responsibilities

Support the Business Continuity Manager with reporting assignments and clerical duties.

Collect and organize data to write memos and reports.

Maintain and update department documentation, project tracking and meeting minutes.

Coordinate department meetings, luncheons and other events.
Minimum Requirements
-
High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

3+ years of administrative/clerical experience preferred.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
