Role Summary

Join the tvScientific team as an Ad Operations Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in managing day-to-day ad operations tasks, supporting commercial teams, and optimizing ad campaigns. 

Day to day, you'll ensure seamless execution and performance of digital advertising campaigns by collaborating closely with internal teams and leveraging your analytical skills to drive results.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end ad operations, from campaign setup to optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client objectives and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Utilize ad serving platforms and tech tools (like: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, The Trade Desk and DoubleClick by Google) for precise campaign trafficking.
  • Assist commercial teams in executing optimizations to enhance key metrics like CPM, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving and tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new ad products and technologies.


How We'll Define Success

  • Timely execution and delivery of campaigns with minimal errors or delays.
  • Positive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance and execution.
  • Improvement in key metrics such as CPM, conversion rate, and ROAS over time.
  • Successful implementation and adoption of new ad products and technologies.
  • Regular generation of insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Resolution of technical issues within defined timelines, minimizing disruption to ad serving and tracking processes.


You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are

  • 1 - 3 years of experience working within advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in programmatic ad serving platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing or related field.


You May Also Have

  • SQL querying ability is a huge plus.
