As an Ad Operations Specialist, you'll set up and manage advertising campaigns, ensuring their successful launch and monitoring progress. You will optimize campaigns, troubleshoot technical issues, and generate reports, all while collaborating with the management team to enhance business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Campaign setup: set up and manage ad campaigns in two ad servers, including uploading creative assets, setting targeting parameters, and ensuring campaigns go live on time.
  • Campaign monitoring: monitor the progress of campaigns, including ad placement, pacing, and billing.
  • Campaign Optimizations: use analytics to monitor ad performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and suggest data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Technical troubleshooting: work with AMs and AEs to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
  • Reporting: generate advertising reports by supplier goal.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, gift for persuasion, voracious listening.
  • Collaborative working style, ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration, and deliver complicated projects ahead of schedule.
  • Eye for detail, able to execute manual tasks without error

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Base pay is just one component of the Company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
