Position Overview:
Our rapidly evolving IT department is in search of an Active Directory Senior Engineer with excellent time management skills and a proven track record of setting and meeting results-oriented goals! We’re looking for an accomplished AD Engineer with a strong background in automation and experience in large environments who can lead projects, handle workloads in a fast-paced environment, and proactively ensure best practices are crafted and executed on premise and in the cloud!

Your Impact:
- Provide technical leadership for a team of AD Engineers to think and execute proactively to ensure the stability and security of the platform
- Identify, Influence and Implement technology and processes to modernize our Infrastructure
- Collaborate with IT leadership to assure visible communication, risk reduction and accountability for the performance and stability of the AD platform
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Level AD Engineer
- 5+ years of PowerShell experience (Ansible\Python a plus)
- 5+ years as a Domain Administrator of a large organization
- Must have a solid sense of accountability for performance and continued improvement of execution
- Communicates well within the team to effectively relay status and accomplishments to management
- Must not only lead current technical trends, but also anticipate our future state technologies
- An eye for automating common processes
- AWS/Azure experience a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $184,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
