Responsibilities:

Keeps contact with suppliers to ensure that the ordered products are available

Follows up on products ordered so they will be delivered in a timely fashion and at volume and quality requested

Informs the project manager on the status of delivery to enable the freight coordinator to ship equipment to end clients

Collects the needed documentation necessary to take over the ownership of the products

Submits claims to suppliers in cases where contract terms and conditions are not met
-
Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
What you bring:

Bachelor: Industrial Engineer
-
4-5 years of experience in procurement
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
