Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers
- Process customer payments
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
- Implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Conduct regular audits to verify financial data
- Enhance efficiency in financial transactions
- Work closely with the finance team to align on financial objectives
- You will coordinate with other departments to resolve billing issues
- Maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
Components for success. You...
- Certified Bookkeeper or CPA
- Possess high-level English proficiency – writing, reading, and speaking
- Bring experience with financial systems; knowledge of SBO is an advantage
- Demonstrate strong Excel skills
- Have previous experience in a similar role
