You will play a vital part in supporting Future's diverse portfolio of media brands, overseeing subscription services, e-commerce transactions, and digital advertising revenue. You will collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure financial accuracy, resolve issues, and help streamline billing workflows.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Analyst, the Billing Analyst will manage and process customer billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Your role will involve preparing invoices, resolving billing issues, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining customer accounts.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Netsuite or Oracle).
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and customer issues promptly.
  • Analyse financial data, identify issues, and suggest solutions.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and billing procedures.
  • Some experience with billing software or ERP systems.
