We are located in Pune, India, and serve software product companies across the globe; focusing on enterprise SaaS, eCommerce, cloud, and application development. Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting Activities for USA and India operations
• Bookkeeping for USA using QuickBooks Online
• Maintain combined internal books for both USA and India operations
• Assist with General FP&A tasks as needed
• Coordination with Management for client invoicing for Codebase USA

Nice to Have:

• Manage Payroll for India
• Handle Invoicing from Codebase India to Codebase USA
• Bookkeeping for India using Zoho Books

• Zoho Books (India)
• Chase.com (USA banking)
• HDFC Bank (India banking)

Experience : 5+ yearsPersonal Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status, risks, and issues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing Agile environment.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team to meet deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to details
