Roles and Responsibilities
- Record all invoices within the purchase ledger.
- Resolve all invoice related queries.
- Ensure all invoices are settled within the relevant payment terms.
- Create new supplier accounts within the purchase ledger.
- Maintain and update purchase ledger procedures as necessary.
- Assist with expense processing including those via Concur.
- Processing and payment of other credit card expenses.
- Recording of bank transactions within the ledger.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the monitoring of bank balances.
- Preparing payments and obtaining the relevant sign-off.
- Maintain and update banking procedures as necessary.
- Generate the relevant journals and payments for SMI & Settled Direct Claims.
- Generate the relevant journals for intercompany and foreign exchange postings.
- To assist with the monitoring of expenses within Concur.
Experience
- 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience.
