Responsibilities
· Expert in month end closing process like accruals, prepaids, depreciation, payroll, inter-company revenue etc.
· Create Journal Entries along with excellent supporting schedules during the month end close and GL reconciliations
· Take ownership of fixed asset register
· Intercompany transactions accounting and reconciliations
· Preparation of financial statements
· Lead the statutory audit process and provide all information as required by the auditors
· Has detailed knowledge of all tax laws including Income tax, GST etc.
· Provide ad hoc analysis support to business leaders and key partners for complex accounting questions
Basic Qualifications/ Skill Sets
· Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience
· Must have lead corporate audits
· Experience with shared service industry is an advantage
· Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities
· Adaptable to multiple and frequent changes in business environment
· Proven expertise with Excel
· Experience working with NetSuite is preferred
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
