This client facing role will interact with all accounting divisions and be a liasion for both team members, HR and the client to ensure project requests are met in the required timelines.

As the Accounting Project Manager II you will be the “GO TO” person for needs related to systems support, and other client projects for the CFO & Controllers. Other admin functions will include guiding others so they have the answers they need in a timely manner.

Your ability to problem solve and deal with complex accounting and your exposure to Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Accounting department administration will be the most important part of the functions and support.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

Salary: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 annual salary - Depending on Experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in Accounting, people management, strategic planning, and change management.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage time.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred.
  • 3-5 years of accounting project management experience required.
  • Familiar with Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) preferred.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
