Why Join Our Finance Team? We are looking for a motivated, self starter to fill a role leading our team of professionals in Finance. We would like someone who can take charge and mentor an established group, communicate well with our global team and handle the accounting and reporting for our India organization. This person will have the chance to develop their accounting and managerial skills and make a difference within our team.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a staff of 3, providing guidance and mentoring their growth
- Oversee the day to day accounting operation, including reporting, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Manage the annual audit process to a timely and successful completion
- Work with the global controller to develop the revenue and tax reporting strategies for the India team
- Work alongside other Anteriad India units as the Finance lead, providing guidance across teams
What You’ll Bring:
Required
- University degree.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Have the capacity to manage a team
- Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Be detail orientated and have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to send feedback to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Have the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with NetSuite
- Experience working in a global environment
