We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will manage and support a team, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and maintain accurate financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development and ensuring adherence to departmental policies and deadlines.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Assist in the development and management of the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Develop and enforce internal control policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and preventing discrepancies.
  • Lead account reconciliations, variance analyses, and monitor cash flow projections.
  • Manage compliance requirements, coordinate with external auditors, and prepare audit documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity within the department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification is a plus.
  • 8+ years in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
  • Proficient in accounting software, NetSuite preferred, and MS Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


The anticipated salary range is $100,000- $120,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Integrate offers comprehensive benefits package.
