Accounting Intern

Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency, is seeking an Accounting Intern.

Where you’ll be working: Knoxville, TN

What to expect as an Accounting Intern:

Commitment to a 10 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 6/3/25 and ending on 8/8/25 with a maximum of 25 hours per week. 

What you'll be doing:

• Work with accounts payable team and media related invoicing
• Assist with processing of the invoices inbox to appropriate team members
• Assist with vendor reporting metrics for the accounting team
• Develop general accounting skills
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

What you bring:

• Candidates should have prior work or life experience in Accounting or Business a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate
• A passion for advertising and an eagerness to tell a story and a gift for making people see it
• Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Keynote
• You work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment
• You must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
