In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing documents, analyzing data, and adapting to new software and tools. Your expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and your data-driven mindset will be essential as you support our team's operations and streamline workflows. What you will do as an Accounting Support (Contract-based)
- Ensure secure storage and confidentiality of sensitive and confidential documents.
- Scan, photocopy, and properly file documents for easy access and record-keeping.
- Manage electronic files, including emails, reports, and other office correspondence.
- Assist team members in locating and retrieving documents efficiently.
- Dispose of outdated or unnecessary documents in line with document retention and disposal policies.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on MS Excel (e.g., formulas, data analysis, pivot tables).
- Quickly learning and adapt to new software and digital tools, ensuring efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
- Possesses an analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and work with various types of information.
- Willing to work onsite as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to team collaboration.
