The Role
As an Accounting & Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company's financial consolidation. This role will provide opportunities to work closely with senior management, contributing to financial strategies and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the documentation and continuous updates of accounting processes and policies.
- Consolidate intercompany financial reports and reconcile accounts.
- Drive automation within internal team processes.
- Analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
Desired Background
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience with financial statement consolidation.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards and US GAAP.
- Proven experience in implementing and enhancing internal controls.
- Demonstrated ability to develop accounting processes and policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools and ERP systems; experience with Google Suite and Looker is a plus
