The Role

As a Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, providing general support to the department, and liaising with freight forwarders and partners. You may also have to perform other tasks such as KPI analysis and reports, invoicing, managing supply inventory, and data entry.

You’re a highly organized, adaptable, and positive person who is also willing and eager to learn. You're self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a team player. You're experienced and knowledgeable in management or administrative tasks and have an accounting and finance background.

Your Superpowers

• Fluency in English (mandatory), German or Italian (plus);
• Knowledge in Excel (advanced);
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Attention to detail;
• Analytical and organisational skills;
• Enthusiastic, resilient, with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
