Our growing multicultural team always wants to bring new and brilliant talent to our company! This time, we're searching for an Accounting Analyst to join our growth squad in Barcelona. This role involves a full spectrum of accounting-related tasks, and your mission is to ensure the successful posting, closure, and reporting of specific accounting-related items. The final candidate will help maintain the company’s book according to local regulations.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of GL accounts
- Booking of Journal Entries
- Prepare and reconcile balances according to local regulations
- Manage local deadlines
- Consolidation of financials according to US GAAP and local regulations
Skills And Requirements
- CPA / CA / RA or equivalent qualification
- One year of relevant working experience, preferably with a global company
- Knowledge of Oracle (NetSuite) or other accounting systems
- Advanced Excel (i.e: Pivot tables, VLook-ups) skills and working knowledge of Google Workspace
- Strong professional oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently
- Self-starter approach and eager to learn
- Strong analytical-thinking skills, organization, and ability to adapt whenever necessary
- Possesses contagious enthusiasm and a positive approach to problem-solving
