Tasks and Qualifications:
Tasks:
- Assist management in its daily accounting and financial responsibilities
- Maintain general accounting and be the contact person for the shared service center on the accounting/finance side
- Carry out a monthly review of accounts (balance sheet / charges) and carry out consistency analyzes
- Prepare current tax declarations (VAT, Income Tax, etc.)
- To be familiar with the AEAT mail box
- Support monthly closing tasks-Prepare weekly documentation to be treated in the bank
- Support Shared Service Center with reporting packages, balance sheet and accounting annexes
- Actively participate in the implementation of a new accounting and management tool
- Understand and study the financial and accounting processes of the new tool
- Test processes, report and participate in problem resolution
- Participation in data migration management in collaboration with other financial services
- Monitor customer collections in collaboration with the shared service and management
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ensure the proper application of existing rules and procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience: minimum from 5 to 10 years in general accounting
- Qualification: Masters Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Broad knowledge of IFRS, PGC accounting standards
- Deep knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
- Proficiency in Business English
- Proactive, autonomous and team player
- Detail-minded accounting
- Excellent analytical skills
- Desirable: experience in a consulting/audit firm
