Depending on your role, you may be asked to:
- Support the team in reconciling financial data and identifying discrepancies;
- Support the team in data entry and maintenance of financial databases;
- Assist with the preparation of financial and regulatory filings;
- Investigate discrepancies in reinsurance premiums on facultative placements ;
- Communicate with external stakeholders to clarify premium-related issues and resolve inquiries;
- Help with the calculation of reinsurance premiums and reserves;
- Prepare accounting entries;
- Participate in team meetings and learn about various aspects of reinsurance finance operations;
- Participate in process improvement initiatives;
- Support senior analysts and specialists on their tasks;

These are our requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting;
- Mastery of the Microsoft Excel suite;
- Be skilled with numbers;
- Have experience in the field in accounting or finance (an asset);
- Aspire to obtain a CPA (an asset)
- You have an analytical and problem-solving mind;
- You are autonomous and you have a good sense of responsibility;
- You are known for your attention to detail.
- Be available 35 hours per week from May to August 2025.
