What We’re Looking For:
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must have 1 year of customer service experience (phone or face-to-face).
• Must be Proficient with basic computer functions, including navigating Windows and internet applications.
• Must have Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Your Role:
• Manage 80-120 inbound calls daily, assisting customers with Chase checking and savings accounts.
• Handle balance inquiries, funds transfers, fee explanations, dispute resolutions, online troubleshooting, and more.
• Deliver a seamless and positive experience with every interaction.
Work Schedule:
• Flexible shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Choose from 8-hour shifts (5 days/week) or 10-hour shifts (4 days/week).
• Commit to your selected schedule for 12 months.
