You support the Sales Leaders in driving sales in the different markets of the West and North Europe with focus on the Spanish market. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, strategize and consult with Sales Leaders, providing necessary support, motivation and tools to achieve goals
  • Train Sales Leaders on Nu Skin’s compensation plan, business opportunities, channel growth, and policies and procedures
  • Build roadmaps and have goal-setting meetings with Sales Leaders to achieve goals and hit targets
  • Identify KPIs, analyze reports, deep dive into (sales) figures to identify potential opportunities
  • Be the bridge between the company and Sales Leaders by effective communication through social media, calls, email contact and webinar training
  • Participate in business trips and represent the company during internal and external events by giving presentations in front of large audiences
  • Lead and participate in projects with different departments to help and support our Sales Leader

What We’re Looking For

  • You have a Sales or Management degree or equivalent through experience
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Satisfaction, Sales or Leadership development/coaching
  • You have great communication skills in Spanish, French and English (any other European language is a plus)
  • You love to take initiative, and you have a true entrepreneurial mindset
  • You can work independently, but at the same time function well within a multicultural and multi-geographical team
  • You have a structured and analytical mindset
  • You perform well under pressure and remain result oriented
  • You have well developed coaching skills and are passionate about helping people
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You have good presentation skills, can handle conference calls and feel confident in going on stage with large audience in Spanish, English and French
  • You are willing and able to travel internationally
