役割：
アカウントマネジャーは、クライアントやグループ企業との関係を開拓、維持しプロジェクトを受注、それらの運営、品質、納期等に責任を持ち、プロジェクトを円滑に推進させる役割を果たす監督役です。

レポートラインであるグループアカウントディレクターと密にコミュニケーションを図り、内部・外部の工数を把握、収益管理をします。
また、採用者にはネイティブレベルとしての日本語、ビジネスコミュニケーションレベルとしての英語でのコミュニケーション能力が求められます。
主な責務：
クライアントやグループ企業担当者との関係管理においての重要な役割を担う。
- スコープの理解：
対象となる範囲、目的、達成すべき事、期間、コスト、リスク等の確認とそれらに関する交渉。
- 進捗管理：
プロジェクトが期待通りに進んでいるか、または遅延が発生しているかを確認しプロジェクトを推進します。ステータスは上長へ報告、必要に応じて相談。
- 品質管理：
提案書の作成、定められたルールや決定事項、ガイドに沿って作業されているかチェック。
- 予算管理：
自身で算出することではなく、内部プロデューサー、外部と連携し組み立て、収益性を管理。
- リスク管理：
プロジェクト推進におけるリスク箇所を確認、必要な打ち手の予測を立て、プロデューサーと連携、必要なコスト・工数を積み増します。
必須条件：
- ５年以上広告業界または制作業界でのアカウントマネジメント経験
- 日本語能力―ネイティブレベル
- 英語能力―ビジネスレベル以上 （読み、書き、会話）
- 厳しい要求とスピード感の中で、クリエーティブなプロダクション環境で働く能力。この役割では柔軟性が重要であり、プロジェクトにより残業と週末勤務が発生する場合があります。
- プリントプロダクションプロセスについて深く理解できていると望ましい。

- 印刷だけでなく、デジタル画像、ビデオ制作における制作プロセスの一般的な理解
- デザイン経験あれば尚可
