THE OPPORTUNITY
Account Manager
The Account Manager is a key member of the Hudson Rouge Account team and works under the direction of the Group Operations Director providing operational and Client account management support. This includes maintaining a high level of awareness of Client activities, detail-oriented program and project management and professional communication with key Client contacts. Much will be asked of the AM and a “can do” attitude and spirit is necessary for success.

The Account Manager provides support necessary for fellow employees to successfully complete internal and Client deliverables. This includes but is not limited to – monitoring program budgets and production schedules to help ensure timely and cost-effective programs. The Account Managers is a key source of information for the project team.
In this role you will…
- Collaborate with the Agency Team to initiate, manage and complete processes across Account, Creative, Media, Digital, Analytics and Strategy related to all advertising mediums.
- Set meeting agendas, support internal and Client meetings and prepare/distribute accurate call reports to applicable team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline internal processes, fostering efficiency and productivity.
- Cultivate a positive team morale by encouraging collaboration, recognizing achievements, and providing support for internal initiatives.
- Monitor the routing of projects, following quality control and approval processes, obtaining proper sign-offs on projects, and ensuring that projects are completed accurately and on time..
- Create a working environment that encourages and supports a positive mindset about the work as well as the client and agency staff that is involved.
- Assist with the maintenance of budget control for production and time of staff.
- Maintain and support all company standards
- Continuously develop expertise in all internal systems
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
You have…
- 1 to 3 years of advertising agency experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Agency production processes.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Strong presentation skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- The physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
