Account Manager for Czech Republic
The Account Manager oversees all activities aimed at meeting sales and margin goals, maximizing profits within their designated sales territory. He/She also focuses on expanding and qualifying the customer base, working closely with the Brno office team. The goal is to foster long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and profitability. Additionally, the Account Manager nurtures customer relationships through regular visits within their sales area.
Your tasks:
- Support, advice and further development of our customers as well as new customer acquisition
- Create and implement a sustainable and profitable growth strategy for your own sales area
- Create a concrete yearly plan for the territory, using provided tools with focus on digital data management
- Target-oriented market cultivation and market analysis
- Training services for customers, being able to explain all Kramp Services
- Evaluate and edit sales statistics
- Participate in marketing events
Your profile:
- Strong ability to identify and approach potential customers using digital tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek new business opportunities
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales and marketing techniques
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Proficiency in using digital platforms
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in sales, agricultural spare parts or machinery business (preferred)
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques is a plus
