Account Manager

- Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with various stakeholders
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
- Capture, manage & answer customer request/claim
- Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects including business review
- Prepare and present sales information and effective proposal for customer during renewal or new initiatives
- As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
- Develops/generates new leads by monitoring trends, conducting research, identifying opportunities, cold calling and making appointments.
