Job Description
Canyon GBS is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving client success and business growth. In this role, you will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to upsell our AI-powered solutions. You will also support new sales efforts, focus on customer retention, and provide critical assistance to partners, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will work closely with the Founder, Sales, Customer Experience, and other teams to align strategies, exceed client expectations, and achieve company objectives. This position is ideal for a professional who is not only client-focused and detail-oriented but also willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the company’s goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Identify and grow opportunities within accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and communicate the progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as needed to represent Canyon GBS in the public eye globally with customers, partners, investors, and the community
Salary Range
$44,000 - $62,194
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered solutions and their applications in various sectors.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
