We need a strategic and creatively minded communication master to partner with our clients and support the agency's Client Services team. 

YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:

  • Represent Archrival, owning the relationship with specific clients as a key point of contact for their business with us.
  • Build client relationships, working to understand the goals and objectives of our clients and frame up how Archrival is best suited to strategically help achieve them.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients and represent their interests to our creative team as you collaborate to develop strategies, ideas and designs that are exceptional.
  • Ensure creative excellence is upheld on project deliverables, key milestones are met, and that we are nailing client goals, and ensuring all work is on-brand and forward thinking on their behalf.
  • Manage the full client experience for assigned accounts, including client onboarding, status calls, presentations, and deliverable reviews. Troubleshoot and escalate any client issues that may arise.
  • Work in partnership with agency teams to develop statements of work, project briefs, deck deliverables and other client-facing materials as required of the project.
  • Periodically serve in a support role to Account Directors on larger scale accounts, assisting with client needs as directed.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities to grow Archrival’s relationship with existing clients.
  • Work to keep track of client profitability, help manage reporting, and look for efficiencies of work within our team and business platforms.
  • Grow your accounts and your role as you master the account management role and take on more responsibilities.
  • Problem-solve and help createnever-been-done-before solutions.
  • Lead with a do-whatever-it-takes approach to get the job done right and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Stay educated on consumer trends impacting client and industry arenas.

  • Holds a rich knowledge of digital and social media practices.
  • Work experience has touched a wide range of project types.
  • Can push a project forward independently but also values collaborating with others.
  • Has approx. 3-5+ years of experience managing projects of national/global scale with major brands.
  • Agency and brand experience a plus.
  • Holds an undying passion for youth culture and consumer behavior.

This is a hybrid role, that we'd like to have in the Portland studio a few days a week.
