Purpose


The account manager is responsible for building relationships with our growing number of Enterprise Accounts, improves execution and overall customer satisfaction and retention rates. This role excels account management process, tools and techniques for improving account retention and expanding account revenue.


Key Duties & Responsibilities


● Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts, ensuring client needs are met promptly and effectively.

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

● Address client inquiries and proactively identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.

● Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and aligning our services to meet those goals.

● Forecast and monitor key account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts, to inform strategic planning.

● Drive proactive account management activities aimed at enhancing customer retention and expanding existing account revenue.

● Recommend strategies to enhance performance and productivity, implementing initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

● Collaborate with the sales team to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.

● Assist in resolving complex client requests or escalating issues as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Required Technical Skills/Experience


● 2-5 years of experience as an account manager, sales executive or engagement manager preferably in the SaaS industry.

● Experience in customer relationship management and developing long-term client relationships.

● Demonstrable previous experience in negotiating techniques, sales and marketing.

● Proficiency in Account Management/Customer Success Tech Stack: Hubspot, Close.io, etc.

● Exceptions analytical skills for interpreting client data.

● Experience building strong client relationships in a global environment.

● Excellent English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication.
