Zuri is a fast-growing retailer of contemporary furnishings. We develop and distribute our own designs which are sold through ecommerce and retail channels.
Candidly, this is not your average customer service role. You will be entrusted with discretion to solve a variety of customer and operational challenges to ensure our clients have the best possible experience when shopping with us.
Base Salary: $55,000.
First 90 days in person, followed by hybrid schedule with flexibility on in-office days. Office located in North DFW, near the Grandscape.
YOU WILL:
- Communicate directly with customers via phone, email and live chat
- Be the dedicated point of contact for a set of customers, from beginning to end
- Actively partner with sales, logistics, warehouse, and other internal teams to solve customer issues quickly
- Share your valuable insight with our product, marketing and technology teams regarding customer needs and feedback
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Love your team, an incredible group of gregarious and unique individuals!
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy is a must, along with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Confident, friendly, and positive demeanor when communicating with clients, vendors and other stakeholders
- A nimble troubleshooter – you don’t believe in following a specific path to solve every problem and are comfortable making judgment calls
- Ability to work weekend and holiday hours (as necessary)
- Excellent organization skills and above-average attention to detail
