Position Overview
We are creating a world-class team of media professionals, and seeking an experienced Account
Manager – TikTok Shop to develop our business with advertisers and their agencies – for TikTok
Business Unit.

This position is located in our office in Manila, The Philippines and will require some travel to client
and agency locations. The Account Manager – TikTok Shop will report to the Business Head – TikTok
in The Philippines.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
● Execute, monitor, and optimize TikTok Shop Ad campaigns to meet performance goals.
● Gather campaign assets, set up campaigns, and manage creative approvals
● Analyze campaign performance data and implement real-time strategies to improve key
metrics (GMV, ROAS, Purchase).
● Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign and creative deliveries.
● Serve as a point of contact for advertisers and internal team, providing guidance on campaign
strategies and resolving inquiries efficiently.
● Generate end of campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights and
recommendations.
● Work with MediaDonuts cross-functional teams, including sales admin, data, and finance, to
support end to end sales process.
● Stay updated on TikTok Shop Ads features, policies, and industry trends to ensure high
quality service delivery.
● Be comfortable to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as
required by the timing of live streams.
● Adapt to a dynamic schedule to support live campaigns and ensure seamless ad operations
during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
● 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies
● Experience with e-commerce marketing platforms, especially TikTok Shop, is a plus.
● Be comfortable making decisions and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment, be
results-driven, and have an ability to absorb complex concepts and communicate them
clearly.
● Proven track record of translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers
● Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing
performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively
resolving issues
● Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal
supervision
● Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive
landscape in which we operate
● BA / BS degree. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this
position
