Role Summary
As an Account Manager, you will maintain a strong, consultative relationship with your clients by providing excellent customer service. This requires staying abreast of changes in clients’ lifestyle that impacts their risk profile and coverage. You will solidify relationships with carriers to provide the appropriate coverage to our clients. This position is also responsible for evaluating the book of business and finding opportunities to cross-sell to existing clients.
What You Will Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all service needs of your assigned book of business.
  • Work with accounts that have a minimum of $20,000.00 in premium and/or a home value of $1,000,000.
  • Gather information from clients related to risk management needs, evaluate and propose solutions to manage client risks.
  • Proactive in the account renewal process by conducting account reviews and providing solutions that reflect findings.
  • Maintain a high level of service to accomplish high account retention.
  • Work with external targeted contacts to generate new business for the Private Client Division.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with a focus in High Net Worth Clients working on the agency side or the carrier side.
  • Proficiency in Applied Systems, electronic signature platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools
