About the Role
We are in the midst of an extremely exciting period of growth and the Nordics market, with its fantastic retail landscape and passion for great food, is crucial for us. As part of our plans, we're on the search for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to support our strategy and help us dominate the pizza oven market across the region.
This is a temporary, fixed-term role which is covering a period of maternity leave for 9 months.
The Job:
This is a hybrid role which will combine store visits to our amazing retail partners across the region and Account Management. This role will be based remotely, the ideal candidate will be in West Sweden, and you will spend up to 50% of your time on the road. Please note it is mandatory to have a valid driving licence and your own transport for this role, however there will be a car allowance [xxxxx].
What you'll do:
- Identify, secure and develop trusted and authentic business relationships with retailers in the Nordics
- Optimise relationships with retailers. This is key. We are ambitious and strive to make the most of every single opportunity and client partnership. You will be responsible for suggesting and implementing client level growth strategies
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the market, retailer's sales strategies and what it takes to be a 'brand-building' partner for Ooni. It will be important to have a vast knowledge of our clients and partners within this region
- Work collaboratively with clients to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and projections. Ensure that these projections are met
- Support our Key Account Manager with managing key accounts
- Work closely with our Retail Marketing team to drive and implement retail sell-through strategy through use of POS, events and other marketing strategies
- Develop positive and productive working relationships with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure client's receive a world-class service from team Ooni
- Plan, execute and report back on client meetings, demo days and staff training
- Attendance at events and confidence demonstrating our products (we will provide training!)
Apply if you:
- Have 3 or more years of sales experience. Consumer goods wholesale sales experience/knowledge would be even better
- Are comfortable writing and speaking in English (the majority of our team are based in Scotland)
- Thrive on challenges, especially where the solution is not immediately obvious
- Can demonstrate success in achieving strategic sales targets.
- Have a strong understanding of the retail landscape in the Nordics and the ability to secure new business
- Are action-oriented, extremely organized and can manage multiple priorities and projects
- Are comfortable with presentations / product demonstrations
- Have the ability to build positive authentic working relationships, both internally and externally
- Are happy to travel throughout the Nordics
- Have a consistent positive, can-do, growth mindset
- Are truly passionate about pizza and outdoor cooking

What we do:
We design, make and sell AMAZING pizza ovens. They’re so AMAZING that lower-case adjectives just don’t do them justice.
Right now, we sell our pizza ovens all over the world. Hot and fast is how you cook truly great pizza, and- all of our models get hot as hell (that’s 932°F/500°C last time we checked) and cook incredible pizza in only 60 seconds. Before Ooni, if you wanted pizza that good, you had to go to a restaurant or spend thousands on a traditional pizza oven. Not anymore, friends.
