Position Summary

  • Critical point of contact for all internal customers, including Director Customer Relations, legal, audit, programming, creative services, pre-manufacturing, production control, scheduling, finishing and shipping, etc.

  • Uses best practices to efficiently and effectively manage and prioritize the process flow of games for clients from approved prize structure and conceptual art through Game Specification development, manufacturing and delivery.

  • Develops Game Specifications and coordinates the components critical to the development process including: fonts, layouts, parameters, prize structure crosscheck, ticket samples, audit review, pricing, Profiles, etc.

  • Investigates and recommends resolution for game-related issues during the manufacturing phases.

  • Ensures all legal requirements are secured including trademark searches and third party contracts.

  • Develops state lottery rules and regulations for assigned games if required.

  • Maintains and updates Client profiles, internal Game Specification document, Master ticket backs, Master font and layout tables and packaging diagrams.

  • Work in an office or an at home environment

  • High pressure position with tight deadlines, requiring maintaining sense of urgency without compromising quality

  • Potential for extended work hours to meet deadline requirements

  • Nominal travel if any

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in related field.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and drive project through to completion

  • Ability to exercise critical thinking and independent judgment

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with ability to conceive and recommend actionable process/procedure changes

  • Positive “can do” attitude and team environment work ethic

  • Ability to work with SG internal systems

  • Proficient with Adobe, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

  • Self-starter and able to work well independently or in a group; ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Minimum 2 years printing, sales, marketing, auditing or customer service experience
