We are seeking an Account Manager with family office and/or HNW business management experience to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Location: This position can be based out of Austin (TX) on a hybrid basis.

Overview of Role: The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for all client-related needs, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finances of their assigned clients, and oversees a staff of bookkeepers.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily client financial activity, including requests and timely follow up on all outstanding matters
  • Review work of bookkeepers (AP/AR, cash receipt and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll, and financial statement review)
  • Review bank balances and statements and approve transfers as needed
  • Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts, and credit score issues
  • Monitor insurance renewals and claims
  • Assist with home and car purchases
  • Other projects, as needed

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in full-charge accounting and bookkeeping for high net-worth individuals, preferably within entertainment business management
  • 3+ years of experience in the client services field
  • 2+ years of experience in tour accounting is strongly favored
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is highly favored; a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the general ledger, AP/AR, insurance, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Solid interpersonal skills and other key soft skills (i.e., communication, time management, emotional intelligence, adaptability, active listening, critical-thinking, etc.)
  • Prior experience in a Lead, Senior, or Management role
  • Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email)
  • Sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to follow through
  • Commitment to professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and databases
  • Experience with AgilLink, DataFaction and/or Imaging Software is highly preferred

This is an exempt position. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education/training/credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations. . The expected base compensation hiring range for these positions is as follows:

  • Account Manager: $75,000 to $114,500 per year
