We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of client campaigns from start to finish. 

 

Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, you will serve as the primary client contact throughout the campaign lifecycle, leading proposals, managing execution, and delivering post-campaign insights. You will collaborate closely with sales, client strategy, research, and operations to deliver impactful media and sponsorship solutions. From shaping campaign strategies during the RFP phase to managing execution and delivering post-campaign insights, you will own the end-to-end client experience. 

 

This role requires strategic thinking, the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations, and strong communication skills to lead high-stakes client presentations and internal briefings. You Will...

  • Drive campaigns from ideation and strategy through post-campaign wrap. Being the main point of contact both externally to clients and internally cross-functionally. 
  • Work hand-in-hand with your sales counterpart to ensure Fandom is maximizing client opportunity in the proposal.
  • Starting at the RFP phase- lead the strategy and customize existing offerings to meet the clients’ goals. Work with Client Strategy and Research on any custom executions, and your CSM counterpart to build the tangible media plan.
  • During the campaign are responsible for taking identified optimization by your CSM and bringing them to clients positioned along with incremental budget opportunities.
  • Responsible for driving all client communication on a per-campaign basis
  • Partner with the sales lead on all proactive account strategy, including QBRs and proactive meetings. Responsible for driving the strategy and building the supporting decks. For larger accounts, partner with Client Strategy to drive the QBR and large campaign strategies. 
  • Responsible for leading cross-functional briefing to internal teams on any sponsorships and custom content. Own ensuring the sponsorship is executed as expected, with your CSM counterpart managing the tactical execution. 
  • Own the post campaign wrap report, setting the overarching story and positioning. Working cross-functionally with other teams to contribute their sections. Ultimately leading the presentation to the client with your sales counterpart.
  • Lead the feedback loop to Product Marketing and Product, on how current offering is being received by clients and gaps for new packages and solutions. 
  • Work with Product Marketing and Rev Ops to drive greater standardization of current offering.

You Have...

  • 4+ years experience in client facing roles at either publishers, ad tech, or marketing tech companies.
  • Experience building and presenting campaign wrap decks. Comfortability speaking to media and sponsorship executions.
  • Understanding of digital marketing- display, video, and sponsorships
  • Comfortable leading large internal and client meetings and managing cross-functional projects / deliverables.
  • Proven experience building decks/presentations for clients (ideally at brands and media agencies) spanning manager through VP level.
  • Ability to both think big picture and outline a campaign strategy as well as take distilled performance analysis to extra trends and identify opportunities for incremental budget.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and making optimization recommendations. 
  • Desire to be in a highly visible and cross-functional role. With exposure to senior clients through to nearly every internal team- from sales to research to product to ad ops.
  • Ability to develop the strategy behind an RFP response and drive the completion of the proposal. QBing the overarching story and deck creation.
