We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 4 to 5 years of experience in managing, analyzing, and improving data processes for clients. With your skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Automate, you will simplify workflows, build automated reports, and ensure data accuracy across different platforms. Your main objective will be to increase efficiency, improve data quality, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Job Description:

I.Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and workbooks to organize and analyze data.
  • Design and implement automated reporting processes using Power Automate to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Create dashboards, pivot tables, and charts in Excel to visualize data and provide actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data inputs and outputs by establishing robust validation checks and data validation processes.

Process Automation:

  • Utilize Power Automate to automate routine processes, such as data collection, report generation, data synchronization across different systems, and more.
  • Continuously assess existing workflows and processes for opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Client Account Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data management and automation needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure smooth communication and support between clients and internal teams by addressing client inquiries and resolving data-related issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, helping them leverage data insights and automation tools for their business growth.

Training & Support:

  • Provide training to team members or clients on Excel best practices, Power Automate functionality, and efficient data management techniques.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients, assisting with troubleshooting, automation setup, and process optimization.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest features of Excel and Power Automate, ensuring the team adopts best practices and stays current with technology advancements.

Process Documentation:

  • Document all automation processes and workflows for future reference and knowledge transfer.
  • Create clear and concise user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Excel-based reporting and automation processes.

Project Management:

  • Lead or support data-driven projects, ensuring timelines are met, and project objectives are achieved.
  • Track and report on the progress of ongoing initiatives related to data management, automation, and reporting.
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.) and Power Automate to design and implement automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with integrating Excel and Power Automate with other softwares (e.g., SPs, Power Apps).
  • Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of other automation tools like Power BI, Power Apps, or SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms.
  • Prior experience working in client-facing roles is preferred.
