What you’ll do ​& Who you are

As part of the Business Development team in the Leboncoin Advertising Department, and reporting to the Account Manager Supervisor, your main role will be to manage and grow a client portfolio, ensuring that advertising campaigns are delivered on time and achieve their objectives, while identifying growth drivers.

The position is full remote, a 6-month fixed-term contract lasting until 30/06/2025.

Tasks :

  • Sales support:

    • Working in collaboration with the sales team to increase revenues (Monitoring turnover - Churn).

    • Use the various advertising offers to nurture customers and seek out growth drivers (Up sell / Cross sell).

    • Building tailor-made action plans based on the customer's objectives, needs and seasonality.

    • Participating in the development of annual strategies.

  • Campaign management:

    • Helping the media trader to monitor the launch of campaigns (collecting data, traffic brief, centralising information).

    • Optimising campaign performance in line with the advertiser's objectives, in conjunction with sales and the media trader.

    • Analysing campaign performance and producing interim and final reports.

  • Customer relationship management:

    • Building solid, trusting relationships with customers.

    • Leading customer business reviews.

    • Providing customers with insights into their markets, brands and products / market watch in collaboration with trade marketing.

    • Improving customer satisfaction.

    • Reporting customer needs and schedules internally.

Profile:

  • Between 3 and 5 years' successful experience in an advertising network, agency or advertiser.

  • You would describe yourself as rigorous, organised and able to make suggestions.

  • You already have experience in digital.

  • You're good at data analysis and summarising.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and you're not afraid of managing a project directly with the customer.

  • You're a team player and enjoy working together.
