Your Playground: As an Account Manager, your pivotal role involves steering all activities to achieve sales and margin targets while maximizing profits in your sales territory. Building on your exceptional skills, you'll expand and qualify the customer base, creating lasting partnerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and profitability. Regular customer visits in your sales area will solidify these relationships.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactively acquiring new customers in your sales area
  • Providing valuable support, advice, and development to both new and existing customers
  • Crafting and implementing a sustainable, profitable growth strategy for your sales area
  • Conducting targeted market cultivation and thorough market analysis
  • Evaluating and managing sales statistics with meticulous data maintenance
  • Active participation in customer events

Who You Are:

  • Armed with agricultural technical or commercial training or a relevant bachelor's degree
  • Highly customer-oriented with self-motivation, flexibility, and resilience
  • Possessing strong business acumen, ideally with knowledge of e-commerce
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a general affinity for IT hardware/software
  • Solution-oriented, efficient, and an independent problem solver
  • Exhibiting tenacity, assertiveness, and persuasiveness
  • Willing to travel extensively within your designated area (80%)
  • Ideally based in Sofia or the surrounding areas within Bulgaria
