Get to know the Role

Your job is to support our local sales team in growing, training, and monitoring the team to ensure that sales goals are exceeded. Also support to handle some top partners to have better relations and strategic partnership. You will be reporting to the manager and the role will be hybrid.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

  • Develop a strategy to enter new GrabFood segments, maximizing resources and business opportunities to achieve targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with top merchants, manage their performance and contribution to building the GrabFood merchant network.
  • Monitor daily activities of the Account Management team to achieve their targets.
  • Build, manage an Account Management team by leading, coaching, supporting, and motivating them.
  • Coach and provide necessary training for all subordinates to support both current functional goals and long-term business growth.
  • Support City Lead to manage reporting sales and on-ground insight based on your sense or team insight

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management with successful track records. Good experience of the relevant industries including payment products, customers, partners, and merchants. F&B industry background would be advantage.
  • Being a local Malang person would be advantage
  • English proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and coherently.
  • Can guide a team towards achieving common goals while encouraging a collaborative environment.
