Job Description

We’re searching for a charismatic, ambitious, relationship-driven individual to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. This person will be an essential part of the team responsible for driving the growth of EWI and our clients. We are specifically looking for a fun, passionate, collaborative and driven person who isn’t looking for a “next stop” in a career timeline, but a destination to thrive and help continue to build something really special.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Identify and pursue leads in new markets with new brands
• Lead individual new business capabilities presentations and proposal pitches
• Act as a client’s main point of contact to understand proposal needs, objectives, obtain business updates and set overall project expectations and deliverables
• Partner with strategy and creative team to develop innovative solutions based on knowledge of client’s business
• On-going nurturing of client relationships and being a constant brand advocate for EWI with existing networks, prospects and clients

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:
• Have proven sales experience in a marketing services industry
• Possess strong client management and presentation skills
• Excel at working with and understanding the basic of multidisciplinary teams including creative, strategy, operations, and finance

• Be determined, tenacious and project optimism in the face of challenges
• Be passionate about creative ideas, brands, the company, and our clients’ businesses
• Must have a great sense of humor and a collaborative spirit
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-years of relevant experiential marketing
• Ability to nurture and grow long lasting client relationships
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Adept in multitasking and working under pressure
• Drive and ambition with a team mentality
