DESCRIPTION
As an Account Executive, you will be an integral member of the Accounts team by providing support and assistance in managing the client’s business and ensuring that day to day activities run smoothly. The Account Executive sets the tone for how the account is managed by assuring focus on key client objectives and actively contributes and supports Account Director.
You will be working on a luxury Automotive brand, and will be a key member on Canada wide campaigns. As such, you should have an appreciation for the expansive scope of the client, while also having a keen-eye for details to ensure consistency is maintained across all projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports Account Director and wider team with general client liaison and administration; builds project estimates, client contact reports, work back schedules, presentation deck materials, tactical project briefs, etc.

Coordinates and schedules meetings and are responsible for weekly status report upkeep

Coordinate creative and production teams dedicated to the project

Build and review copy decks for monthly campaigns

Updates plans with feedback from clients. Updates and distributes documents as needed

Organizing the shared online server, and providing assets to creative, production and media teams as needed

Builds trusting, collaborative relationships with clients at appropriate levels

Performs competitive research and produces reports with high level strategic thinking

Admin management of projects under their remit: from docket creation, to invoicing to financial reconciliation of mandates

Performs other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
-
University degree in administration, communications, or marketing

2 years of relevant work experience in similar function.

Automotive account experience is an asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly adaptable and able to perform in a dynamic environment

Comfortable working independently with strong organizational and prioritization skills; Quick learner and detail oriented

Proficient using Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Keynote
Additional information: The salary range for this position is $60-$65k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
