The Account Executive plays a key role in supporting the execution of paid media and marketing programs across a variety of industry segments. This individual will be responsible for media asset trafficking, campaign coordination, performance monitoring and client communication. With a strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, the Account Executive will help ensure seamless execution of paid media and marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the day-to-day management of paid media and marketing programs, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Traffic media assets across various platforms, working closely with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines.
- Monitor campaign performance including report generation and insight development.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of media platforms, including paid social, display, programmatic and search.
- Collaborate with media planners and strategists to ensure proper tracking, implementation, and execution of media buys.
- Assist in budget tracking and media reconciliation, ensuring accurate billing and pacing.
- Communicate professionally with clients, including timely updates on media campaign performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance paid media strategies.
- Support new business efforts by compiling competitive research and assisting with paid media recommendations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS
- 1-3 years of experience in media planning, paid media execution, or digital advertising, preferably in an agency setting.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain media performance and strategy to clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using analytics tools to track campaign success.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- BA/BS in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- 10% travel may be required.
