As an Account Executive focused on new sales, you will be pivotal in driving our mission to empower prospects through risk-free exploration of BoxCast products. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional value, ensuring prospects recognize how our solutions can fuel their evolution while contributing to our shared success and increased revenue. Your ability to connect with prospects and understand their needs will be crucial in achieving mutual growth.
What You'll Do
- Sales Pipeline Management: Responsible for managing and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- Product Demonstrations and Consultations: Conduct tailored product demonstrations that showcase how BoxCast solutions address specific customer needs. Engage in consultative selling to understand client challenges and position our offerings effectively.
- Relationship Building: Build strong rapport with prospects, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries and support during the sales process.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and customer needs. Provide feedback from prospects to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients, addressing objections and facilitating a smooth closing process to secure new contracts.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM software. Analyze and provide ‘write-ups’ on sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Must Haves
- Previous business development or sales experience (2-3 years).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value and engage with prospects effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Time Management: Prioritization of tasks and effective management of multiple prospects to maximize productivity.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom).
Nice to Haves
- Understanding of live streaming or live event production.
- Experience with one of our target markets (churches, high school or college sports, media production).
