Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our remote patient monitoring solutions. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Market Research and Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships. Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance offerings.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the healthcare or technology sector. Strong understanding of remote patient monitoring solutions and the healthcare industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Salary OTE - $150-$180K+
