ROLE

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, integrated, but social savvy and curious individual to work on a number of key accounts. We are looking for one who is hungry to work on our institutional clients. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs much of the day-to-day work on several accounts with assistance from senior staff as appropriate.
  • Supports the development of communications presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Develops agenda and plans client and internal meetings.
  • Develops presentation materials for client meetings and event/year and activity wrap-up reports.
  • Identifies and secures help on emerging account problems.
  • Supports team in developing and presenting new business programs for potential and existing clients
  • Work with the account team to deliver campaigns on all touchpoints with a strong social component - integrated campaigns, activation campaigns, direct & digital campaigns, social campaigns - with great content at heart.
  • Manage basic projects or aspects of larger campaigns independently and coordinate project delivery with client and agency teams.
  • Manage key aspects of projects – in collaboration with the Account Director – such as time plan, scope, status updates and finance tracker.


PROFILE

  • 1-3 years experience in advertising/communications. Previous experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
  • A good understanding of the Belgian environment and stakeholders is a plus.
  • Master Dutch & English. French is a plus.
  • Strong aptitude for project management: timings, scopes, budgets, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills. Detail oriented.
  • Team player. Good communicator. Aptitude for presentations.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair. Curious. Multi-tasker. Resilient.
