THE WORK YOU’LL DO
Client Relationship Development:
- Become a trusted resource for clients, effectively facilitating communication between all internal and external partners
- Develop a knowledge and understanding of the client’s portfolio and business initiatives
Account and Project Leadership and Delivery:
- Support account teams in the delivery of day-to-day project management and facilitation of key sponsorship properties
- Assist with the management of client sponsorship assets that are used to fulfill a wide range of client business objectives globally and internal admin processes
- Co-coordinate projects with outside vendors and internal resources, such as merchandise, digital and creative
- Find and define new process improvement opportunities
- Learn and eventually master the client’s propriety asset management tool to upload sponsorship assets, track, manage and fulfill orders
- Manage file systems effectively and meticulously to ensure project efficiencies
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and regular status meetings by creating agendas, participating in the discussion and providing recap summaries
- Prepare necessary documents including guidelines, sell in presentations, presentation & pre-event materials, post-project recaps, competitor & market reports, research reports, event guides, workplans, asset trackers, itineraries, agendas, meeting notes, calendars, SOPs, etc.
- Provide support to system users and gather/filter raised issues, as needed
Growing Agency Expertise:
- Engage in inter-agency activities, ensuring the role of culture is championed
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Knowledge and Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in agency/client service, event marketing, and/or sports marketing, and a passion for working with sports & entertainment properties, leagues, teams, gaming, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture.
- Proven track record in marketing or advertising will be highly valued. But we’re keen on diversity of experience, so happy to consider non-marketing backgrounds.
- At minimum an understanding and passion for creativity and ideas which earn attention is a must!
- Fluency in multiple languages a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks simultaneously and multitask shifting priorities
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, and have the ability to meet with clients independently
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- You demonstrate persistence to make sure the client’s questions and reports are delivered in a timely and thorough manner
